2. Returns

Since oils are consumable products, we accept returns only if:

• • You received a damaged, leaking, or wrong product.

3. Replacement or Refund

    if the product is damaged or incorrect.

  • Attach photos/videos of the damaged or wrong item
  • Share order number and contact details

4. Refund Timeline

• • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
  • Timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot refund:

• • Opened, used, or partially consumed bottles
  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Orders returned without approval
